Relationship with Candidates
It is our standard practice to personally interview every candidate prior to referral.
The “Chemistry Factor” between the candidate and our clients is our primary focus, after the candidate’ s evaluation (ie: Intellect, Management Style, Personal motivations, background check, etc.)
We will concentrate with you on looking at your goals with different value factors to help you become a proactive candidate.
We respect the confidentiality of your candidacy and we will not pass your resume forward to a client without your approval.
